The Jaguar

THIS is Jaguar's super-green supercar - a 205mph rocket powered by electricity and gas turbines.

The sensational "concept" motor, which could cost around £300,000 if it goes into production, will be unveiled today at the International Motor Show in Paris.

The C-X75 has electric motors on each wheel and two micro-jet gas turbines.

That means it produces no emissions when on leccy power and less than a supermini when the gas turbines are used.

It has a range of over 60 miles on electricity and 560 miles on turbine.

The sleek car, which can hit 62mph in 3.4secs, has a jet-style interior using hi-tech materials.

The firm's chief designer Ian Callum said: "This is not just a show car, it is a catalyst for Jaguar's future - a fast-track insight into what we want to do."
