Nike have congratulated Cristiano Ronaldo on his fourth Ballon d'Or triumph by releasing a commemorative football boot after the Portuguese was named the world's best player.
Only 777 pairs of the Mercurial Superfly CR7 Vitorias will be released in the new year on Nike's website as the American sports brand celebrate his recent achievements.

Nike have named the boot 'vitorias' as the Portuguese word translates to 'victories' in English.
Ronaldo, who is currently in Japan for the FIFA Club World Cup, said of his fourth Ballon d'Or win: 'In my head, I have always considered myself to be different from the others.
'So, I believed that I could be the best player in the world.
'But a trophy of this magnitude is dependent on multiple factors. I could not have been certain of anything, because it did not entirely depend on me.
'I thought that I could win it once, not four times.'
